Better service, less effort

Software development lead times and costs had spiralled, making new programmes and improvements prohibitively expensive.

To stay competitive and meet strategic targets, the entire development function needed a rethink.

Using value stream mapping, Agile scrums, Kanban boards, and visual management techniques, we helped leadership see the flow of work, identify bottlenecks, and design a future state for faster, more efficient delivery.

The new system was designed to deliver finished software packages at 50% of the previous cost within 12 months.
